Software cable kit for EHU hybrid power units

This kit allows you to connect the Daikin ECORICH EHU 40 series hybrid units (ref. catalogs 96 500 and 96 501) to a device with the Hybrid-Win software installed.

Hybrid-Win software allows to set parameters and monitor EHU hybrid hydraulic units. It is available for free download from the Daikin Hydraulics website upon free registration.

The ECORICH hybrid units are designed and manufactured by Daikin Industries LTD., merging the hydraulics technology with an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor.

The result is a compact power unit that achieves high torque and maximum efficiency while suppressing heat and noise generation. Energy consumption is reduced significantly.

The high efficiency of the motor-pump ensures that oil heating is minimal. This results in advantages for the machine tool on which the ECORICH is installed in terms of oil and heat-sensitive parts life and less heat dissipation in the surrounding ambient.
The ECORICH power units are equipped with IPM motor-pump, control unit, pressure relief valve, oil cooler, suction filter, oil filler cap with air breathing and visual oil level indicator. Thermometer, temperature switch, level switch and accessories may be be ordered separately.

The power unit is designed for 3-phase AC 380 to 460V 50/60 Hz.

The ECORICH hybrid units are designed and manufactured by Daikin Industries LTD.,

They merge the hydraulics technology with an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor.

The result is a compact power unit that achieves high torque and maximum efficiency while suppressing heat and noise generation. Energy consumption is reduced significantly.

The high efficiency of the motor-pump ensures that oil heating is minimal. This advantages the machine tool on which the ECORICH is installed in terms of oil and heat-sensitive parts life, and less heat dissipation in the surrounding ambient.

Available in two versions:

– EHU3007 pressure up to 70 bar, flowrate up to 28.5 l/min

– EHU1414 pressure up to 135 bar, flowrate up to 14.7 l/min

and with:

– fixing frame, no tank.

– 45 liter tank, equipped with suction filter, level switch and customizable plate.

– 45 liter tank, equipped with suction filter, level switch, multi station manifold for valves and return filter.

The EHUPC cable kit, required to connect to ECORICH with the Hybrid-Win utility, can be purchased separately.

The hybrid SUPER UNITS are designed and manufactured by Daikin Industries LTD., merging the hydraulics technology with an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor.
The result is a compact power unit that achieves high torque and maximum efficiency while suppressing heat and noise generation.
The high efficiency of the motor-pump ensures that oil heating is minimal. This results in advantages for the machine tool on which the SUPERUNIT is installed in terms of oil and heat-sensitive parts life, and less heat dissipation in the surrounding ambient.

In SUT models that are equipped with a double pump, the primary pump delivers high pressure and limited flow. When the flow rate request is higher than the flow rate that the primary pump can supply, the second pump is also activated, guaranteeing the required flow (at lower pressure).

The transition from single to combined operation is done by a solenoid valve, managed by an external command signal.

They are deliverable with:
– mounting frame, no tank
– 100 litres tank, equipped with suction filter, level switch and blind plate that customers may customize.
– 100 liters tank equipped with suction filter, level switch, multi station manifold for stackable valves and return filter.

Accessories and valves can be ordered separately.
