<p>QTM3 is a one-way flow control valve, with non-return valve for reverse free flow, made in stackable version. There are versions both for meter-in control and for meter-out control.</p>
<p>The reversible versions (QTM3-G *) are equipped with an O-ring subplate and can be used for both meter-in or meter-out, depending on the way in which the valve is facing the OR subplate.</p>
<p>It is supplied with a socket hex adjustment screw.</p>

<p><span>DS3 are directional spool solenoid valves that control the passage and direction of a fluid, for subplate mounting. They are available in 3 and 4-way designs, with spring return / centering or with mechanical detent. The valve body is obtained from high resistance cast iron and is equipped with large internal ducts to minimize pressure drops. The electromagnets have interchangeable coils and watertight oil bath tubes.</span></p>
<p><span>The valve is available for direct or alternating current power supply. The valves for direct current can also be powered in alternating current, after using connectors with built-in bridge rectifier.</span></p>
<p><span>As an alternative to the standard emergency manual override, the lever, button, bellows and mechanical stop device emergency override is available.</span></p>
<p><span>The DS3 range of valves also includes versions with a high IP rating with high resistance to corrosion and a version with UL certified coils.</span></p>

<p><span>The RV1D are variable displacement vane pumps with mechanical pressure compensator.</span></p>
<p><span>The pressure compensator keeps the stator ring of the pumping unit in an eccentric position by means of an adjustable load spring: when the delivery pressure equals the pressure corresponding to the spring setting, the stator ring is moved towards the centre, instantly adjusting the delivered flow rate to the values ​​required by the plant. The pumping unit is equipped with distribution discs with hydrostatic axial compensation which improve its volumetric efficiency by reducing component wear.</span></p>
<p><span>The pumps are divided into four size groups, with displacements from 16 to 120 cm </span><small><sup><span>3</span></sup></small><span> /rev with operating pressures up to 120 bar. Available with clockwise rotation, with rectangular flange and tapered shaft with key or with ISO 3019/2 flange and cylindrical shaft with key.</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span>The DFP and DFDP pumps are fixed displacement vane pumps, made in four different sizes, divided in turn into five nominal displacement sizes. They are available as single pump or double pump.</span></p>
<p><span>The pumping group consists of a cartridge which contains the rotor, the vanes, the stator ring and the head discs. The cartridge is easily removable without having to disconnect the pump from the hydraulic circuit, thus simplifying maintenance operations. The particular elliptical profile of the stator ring, with double opposing suction and delivery chambers, eliminates the radial thrusts on the rotor, significantly reducing pump wear. The 12-blade rotor reduces the pulsations of the delivery pressure, limiting the vibrations and the noise of the pump.</span></p>

<p>They support Modbus, CanOpen, ProfiNet, EtherCAT fieldbuses and incremental or absolute multiturn and single-turn feedback. They offer many useful I/O functions (torque control, cogging compensation, jerk, multi-positioning, etc.). The STO (Safety Torque Off) function is present on AC power servocontrollers.</p>
<p>They are available for power supply 24&#8230;60 V DC and in single-phase or three-phase 230 V AC<br />

<p>The SCK drives series is made to control MBK brushless motors.</p>
<p>The drives allow to control the motor by: torque control: analog input ±10V speed control: with analog input ±10V position control: Pulse+, CCW+ CW, A+B phase (5V-24V). Digital inputs are available to set the drive at the optimum for the specific application. As example, it is possible to enable or reset the drive, select the control mode, switch electronic gear ratio, switch gain, set the homing, a quick stop, set end-stops, etc.</p>
<p>Digital output can be used to monitor axis status. Power range from 100 to 3000W Supply voltage 24-70Vdc, 220Vac single-phase, 220Vac three-phase,380Vac three-phase Interface RS232, RS485, CAN bus, EtherCAT® Protections: Over-voltage, under-voltage, motor over-heat, drive over heat, short circuit.</p>
