Servocontrollers for brushless motors

SCH are universal servocontrollers, suitable for drive the brushless motors of the MBH series.

They support Modbus, CanOpen, ProfiNet, EtherCAT fieldbuses and incremental or absolute multiturn and single-turn feedback. They offer many useful I/O functions (torque control, cogging compensation, jerk, multi-positioning, etc.). The STO (Safety Torque Off) function is present on AC power servocontrollers.

They are available for power supply 24…60 V DC and in single-phase or three-phase 230 V AC
Engine set-up and adjustment are done via PC.

Servo drive for brushless motor

The SCK drives series is made to control MBK brushless motors.

The drives allow to control the motor by: torque control: analog input ±10V speed control: with analog input ±10V position control: Pulse+, CCW+ CW, A+B phase (5V-24V). Digital inputs are available to set the drive at the optimum for the specific application. As example, it is possible to enable or reset the drive, select the control mode, switch electronic gear ratio, switch gain, set the homing, a quick stop, set end-stops, etc.

Digital output can be used to monitor axis status. Power range from 100 to 3000W Supply voltage 24-70Vdc, 220Vac single-phase, 220Vac three-phase,380Vac three-phase Interface RS232, RS485, CAN bus, EtherCAT® Protections: Over-voltage, under-voltage, motor over-heat, drive over heat, short circuit.

ECP4 are servo presses that have been designed for applications that require high performances.

All the components are completely made of steel of adequate thickness to give the product high strength and rigidity. The design choices give the electric actuator for press applications an excellent rigidity and thus simplify its installation and make unnecessary the use of an additional guide system.

The huge number of cycles, resistance to shock and vibration, and precision are obtained by means of roller screws and wide contact angle bearings.

ECL3 and ECS3 are electric actuators with ball screw.

The ECS3 series is characterized by a selection of oversized ball screws. This feature maximizes the life of the cylinders and makes them suitable for the most demanding applications. In the ECL3 series there are also configurations with lead screw.

Sturdy design, high-strength aluminum barrels made to order and head plates obtained by processing, wide customization possibilities are the characteristics that distinguish our electric cylinders. Sizes range from bore 32 to bore 125, for loads up to 124 kN.
