It keeps constant the pressure drop (characteristic ∆p of 4 or 8 bar) between P and alternatively A and B ports. It is placed under the proportional directional valves in order to create flow control functions that are independent of pressure variations. The selection of the pilot pressure from A and B paths takes place automatically, by means of a shuttle check valve incorporated in the compensator.

DS3L are spool directional valves with low energy consumption (8 Watt) with DC solenoids with 24V power supply, that control passage and direction of a flow, for subplate mounting.

They are available with 4-ports, 3 or 2 positions, with spring return or mechanical detent. The valve body is made with high strength iron castings provided with wide internal passages in order to minimize the flow pressure drops. DS3L valves range also includes versions with zinc – nickel finishing in order to improve corrosion resistance.

The DSP10 and DSP11 are pilot operated directional valves, electro-hydraulically actuated. DSC10 and DSC11 are the hydraulically operated versions. These directional valves are for subplate mounting, with flow rates up to 1600 l/min.

They are available for AC or DC power supply. The valves for direct current can also be powered in alternating current, using connectors with built-in bridge rectifier.

The bellows type is available as an alternative to the standard manual override.

The ECORICH hybrid units are designed and manufactured by Daikin Industries LTD., merging the hydraulics technology with an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor.

The result is a compact power unit that achieves high torque and maximum efficiency while suppressing heat and noise generation. Energy consumption is reduced significantly.

The high efficiency of the motor-pump ensures that oil heating is minimal. This results in advantages for the machine tool on which the ECORICH is installed in terms of oil and heat-sensitive parts life and less heat dissipation in the surrounding ambient.
The ECORICH power units are equipped with IPM motor-pump, control unit, pressure relief valve, oil cooler, suction filter, oil filler cap with air breathing and visual oil level indicator. Thermometer, temperature switch, level switch and accessories may be be ordered separately.

The power unit is designed for 3-phase AC 380 to 460V 50/60 Hz.

The GPA1, GPA2 and GPA3 are fixed displacement external gear pumps, in aluminium, with axial clearance compensation. They allow to obtain high volumetric efficiency even with high operating pressures, a low noise impact level, they also have a high endurance thanks to the balancing system of the loads on the guide bushings.

They are divided into three dimensional displacements groups from 7.5 of up to 31.7, 27.9 and 61 cm³/rev respectively, with operating pressures of up to 260 bar. Single, tandem, or multiple pumps are available. They are available with four holes European flange and tapered shaft end 1:8, with clockwise or anticlockwise rotation.
