Vesta NAMUR valves are available in the 3/2 and 5/2 versions, with different forms of actuation.

This series of valves present a high nominal air flow and no environmental contact between the namur valve and the actuator being switched. This series has high working frequency and can be used with lubricated or non-lubricated air, thanks to a spool made of a light alluminium alloy, nickel treated by Niploy Processto give the surface a smooth finish.

On March 21st, 2021 Vesta obtained the renowned ATEX compliance (CE Ex II 3 GD) for this standard series, offering to the market not only an high-resistant & performing valve, but also pneumatic components able to bear dangerous environments in presence of gas & flammable dust.

The new Series LN of Vesta 1/4” and 3/8” solenoid valves carries out the goal to offer the smaller product suitable with 22mm MS series solenoids, among the most widespread coils on the market.

The LN Series with body 22mm (1/4” and Namur), 30mm (3/8”), guarantees very high flow rates and fast switching times thanks to the use of sealing technologies tested and used for decades in our valves and thanks to combined solution spring +air return.

Special design of rubber lip seals reduces internal friction and provides to valve a long lasting durable life together with an high switching speed. Great performances and absolute reliability at a competitive price. Range is available in 3/2, 5/2, 5/3 and Namur version.

Pneumatic version available upon request for the whole series.

The main characteristics are the high speed of exchange and the possibility of continuous operation without lubrication.

All this guarantees a high working frequency and a long life of the system, thanks to the reduction of the inertia of the movable walls, the reduction of internal friction and a greater degree of resistance to external aggressive agents.
